The Ouija Board in Phasmophobia is one of the 6 cursed items players can use to interact with the ghost. At the cost of player’s Sanity, the ghost can be asked a series of questions in order for the player to work out what sort of creature they are dealing with. The Ouija Board can only be picked up with an empty hand so whatever the player is currently holding will be dropped in favour of the Ouija Board. How to Interact with the Ghost via Ouija Board

The Ouija Board can be used to communicate with the ghost via 13 different types of questions. Players can begin by clicking on it or toggling to it while holding the board. Tip: remember to take a photo of the Ouija Board for extra points! Players can only use the board effectively while within the investigation area, and can ask questions via voice input.
