Implosion, developed by Rayark, has been in the works for quite some time. The game was originally going to be released last year but the game required more time to be ready, a fact that brought the game’s release date to 2015.

Implosion is set in the far off future, twenty years after Earth has been destroyed. A mysterious life form known as the XADA is threatening the remnants of humanity and the only thing that can stand in the creature’s way is the War-Mech series III battle suit.

Gameplay wise, Implosion is an action game where players will have to deal with a variety of enemies. Thankfully players can use several different weapons to dispose of enemies, something that also makes the experience more varied. Those who dread playing a high speed action game with touch controls will also be happy to know that Implosion comes with MFi controller support.

Implosion is now available for purchase on the App Store for $9.99, a rather cheap price considering the game’s high production values. Make sure to check out the game if you’ve been looking for an action game to play on the go, there’s a good chance you won’t be disappointed.
