The Spotlight Hour, the weekly event of Pokemon Go, is set to receive highly boosted spawn rates and a special double bonus soon. In fact, Niantic has unveiled the next Spotlight Hour event schedule in which Skitty will summon more than usual.
As always, Trainers will get 60 minutes to catch as many particular species as they can. Moreover, the developers have also announced the Oshawott Community Day for September 9, providing a chance to players to catch, evolve, and battle with the Pokemon Go community.

Pokemon Go September 2021 – Upcoming Spotlight Hour schedule
The next Spotlight Hour will commence on September 21, 2021, and as we’ve said earlier, the spawn rate of Skitty will be increased. As a result, this Pokemon will appear more frequently between 6 PM-7 PM local time. Furthermore, players will be able to grasp Double Catch Candy as part of the event bonuses.
On top of this, a shiny variant of the Pokemon will also be made available, meaning Trainers would be able to catch Shiny Skitty during the Spotlight Hour.
