Players will have regular light and heavy attacks, just like with any other melee weapon and can block by using right click. While all these might seem like basic stuff, things pick up when players use the special action with the Power Sword which gives it additional damage. When using the special action, the weapon also has more versatility to it when used.

In many cases, especially when a player isn’t battling Unyielding Enemies or Elites, they ought to power up their Power Sword and aim for at least three light swings to deal some good damage.

And when battling Elites, players should dodge and power up the Power Sword into a heavy attack if they can. While this means the weapon will become slightly difficult to use, it does provide a very rewarding attack pattern.
