First, you have to understand that to unlock any character in the game, you have to find and pick its card on the map. The location for the cards is the same for everyone so unlocking a new character just requires time. However, there is one more problem. To make the card visible for you, you should get the maximum level and then select the Rebirth button, which you can find between the Character and Shop menus. After that, your progress will be refreshed and you need to reach the 35 levels again. When you have this done, follow the next steps:
- Travel to Sandy Hill Zone, which is on an Emerald Hill
- Find the large wooden structure and leap onto the pads and then you will be at floating blocks of grass. Go through the blocks to the next jump pad. Then, run through the grey spiral bridge to then run across a speed boost ramp.
