So, you can either move to an empty circle/slot (if there is a technical possibility) or swap places with the rest of the facilities. If you need to change the positions of two facilities, please check whether there are some available spots. The primary step will be to position the required facility on the empty slot. The next step is to put the second facility in the space of the first one. The final step will be to move the first facility to where the second item was initially positioned.
