Silent Delta in Rise of Cultures is the final mission of the Minoan Era campaign. There you will encounter the final boss named Menes and his elite troops. Here is the list of all units that you will face in this mission:

Here you can see a huge amount of powerful melee units. There are two packs of Crocodiles and two packs of Nubian Warriors. This is a powerful frontline and it is a problematic thing to pass through it. Also, there is Menes who will fight you in melee combat, and a couple of Hyksos Sureshots packs that will cover their boss.

How to Beat Silent Delta in Rise of Cultures
In order to beat Silent Delta in Rise of Cultures, you will need to defeat the opponent’s frontline. The best way to do it is to break through one of the flanks and surround the opposing troops.
We recommend you use four packs of melee fighters as your main tanks. Also, you should cover them with a pack of archers. After that, you will need to place another pack of archers with two packs of cavalry on one of your flanks. So, they will be able to break through Nubian Warriors and surround Menes and his troops.
