In order to create the Apex Plasma Master tower in Bloons TD 6, you will need to build three Dart Monkey towers. After that, you will need to upgrade each of them into tier 5 towers. Also, all of them should belong to different lines of upgrades. So, you have to create the Ultra-Juggernaut, Plasma Monkey Fan Club, and Crossbow Master towers.
You will get an opportunity to upgrade one of your towers into Apex Plasma Master when you get all tier 5 upgrades of Dart Monkey. You just need to choose any of these three towers and upgrade it.
