Out of nowhere, Rovio decided to launch on the App Store a brand new game, one involving a celebrity: Love Rocks starring Shakira is the title of the game and it’s a match three game with a twist (and a lot of charm). But we’re here to get into the more technical part of it and share with you some Love Rocks cheats and tips to help you complete all stages, three star them and have the best time ever playing this wonderful matching game that’s different than the rest of the pack.

1. Connect to Facebook
As fun as the game is, it will eventually get really difficult to beat, and you will lose lives (records) trying to complete the levels. But you can connect to Facebook and invite more friends over: you can exchange lives and keep on playing, so make sure that you connect ASAP and get some friends playing the game to keep you playing too!
2. Anticipate the rise of the tiles
In the later stages of the game, anticipating the look of the next turn can prove to be extremely rewarding. If you have rocks coming from the bottom, see which of your rocks they will put higher, creating new potential matches. Drop your stones based on that and you will get incredible chains, top scores and you’ll complete levels without any problems. It does take some time and thinking, but it’s worth it!
3. Always plan ahead
It’s actually good to strategize and plan your moves ahead in order to get the most out of a level. Always consider the following things: look at the bottom of the board and know what colors and types of rocks are coming, look at the board and plan your moves accordingly, anticipate the drops (so placing a blue rock over three yellows makes sense if at the bottom there are more blues, as they will create a new link after dropping) and look for the score boosters/special requirements on the board.
4. Create long matches
It’s pretty obvious that the longer your matches, the better the score, so always look at possible ways to increase your matches. The best and easiest ways to do so is to take advantage of the color/shape rocks, which allow for incredible amounts of combinations and matches so always take advantage of them!
5. Replay levels
Sometimes, a level might seem impossible to beat, but replaying it will give you new rocks to play with and different possible matches: make sure to replay levels a few times and eventually you will beat them or three star them. It’s a real adventure, so make sure you’re part of it!
