To trigger Request 10, Wurmple’s Evolved! in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, progress the game’s story till you unlock the third zone, Cobalt Coastlands.
Once that is done, catch a Silcoon and level it up till you reach LVL 10. After that, evolve the Silcoon into a Beautifly.
Now, go to the Galaxy Hall and interact with the blackboard in the Professor’s study. Doing so will trigger Request 10, and you can fully start the request by talking to the Galaxy Member named Beauregard near the entrance of Galaxy Team headquarters.
How to Complete Request 10
To complete Request #10 Wurmple’s Evolved! in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, you have to bring a Silcoon to Beauregard.
