Adventure Game 1979 Revolution Launching This Autumn On The App Store

A brand new adventure game based on real events is going to be released later this year on the App Store, a game where players will be able to live through the Islamic Revolution in Iran during the late seventies.

1979 Revolution is currently being developed by Ink Stories and it’s going to be an adventure game with action elements that will closely resemble the adventure games by Telltale Games, as players will have to make different choices during the course of the game which will have an impact on future events. And, just like the games from Telltale, 1979 Revolution will be released in an episodic format.

1979 Revolution stars an aspiring photojournalist called Rezan who will be literally going through a lot during the game. He will also find time to help others, patching their injuries through Quick Time Events and learn more about characters by checking out documents and more.

1979 Revolution seems to be a really interesting adventure game based on real life events which will definitely have a strong emotional impact.
