This article is over 10 years old and may contain outdated information

Last year Square Enix and Eidos announced Hitman: Sniper, a new mobile entry of the Hitman series. The game has been soft-launched in select regions a while back but we didn’t know when the game was going to be released in all regions for good. After a long wait, the new entry of the Hitman series is finally available on the App Store.

Hitman: Sniper has been developed by the same team that created the excellent Hitman GO. The new game, however, features a completely different gameplay experience focused on sniping.

In Hitman: Sniper players will be placed on rooftops and other vantage points, having to take out targets with well placed shots as well as complete several other assignments. Each level has been designed with replay value in mind so that players will be able to go back to each and every stage and find new ways to deal with the targets. The inclusion of leaderboards adds another reason to replay stages and improve one’s score. Hitman: Sniper also features an upgrade system which allows players to purchase new weapons and improve older ones, adding even more replay value to the game.

Hitman: Sniper is now available for purchase on the App Store in all regions.
