Ruined King: A League of Legends Story features a lot of different puzzles that players will have to solve to continue exploring dungeons.

Not all of these puzzles have to be completed to move the story forward. Some of them are completely optional, but they reward players with new gear that can make the battles ahead slightly easier.

Here’s how to solve one of these optional puzzles, the Arcane Glyph puzzle, and what you get for doing so.

How to Solve the Arcane Glyph Puzzle in Ruined King: A League of Legends Story

The Arcane Glyph puzzle is found in the Library of Agony, in the location highlighted in the map above in Suffering’s Reach. This puzzle requires you to activate the Arcane Glyphs properly by using the hints provided in the area itself.

To solve the puzzle, you will have to activate the Mal, Varo, and Egee glyphs, and then interact with the central bookstand. Doing so will allow you to summon an otherworldly being that will offer to exchange any item in your possession with a more powerful version of it.

You can only offer three items to the otherworldly spirit, so make your choice count. Picking weapons or armors can be a good choice, depending on your playstyle and gear currently in your possession, but picking an item that can be equipped by multiple characters like Rings and Trinkets may be more beneficial in the long run, especially if you like using all characters and switching builds often.
