Card battler games are pretty popular on iOS devices, thanks to a gameplay formula that’s just perfect for handheld devices. Many of the available games of the genre aren’t all that different from one another but if you’re looking for something really unique, you’d best keep an eye on an upcoming game that will be released later this year on the App Store.
The new game is called Fighters of Fate and it’s currently being developed by Pincer Games Studios. In Fighters of Fate, players will have to use a variety of cards to damage and defeat opponents. All the cards come with three different colors, Red, Green and Blue, and each color is more effective against another in a sort of rock-paper-scissors system.
Thankfully the Fighters of Fate mechanics are deeper than they may seem. Each card not only comes with a different color but also with different abilities, which allow players to fight more strategically. Being able to think ahead and anticipate the opponent’s moves is also going to be incredibly important when fighting others online.
Fighters of Fate seems to be one of the more unique card battler games developed in recent times, thanks to its unique gameplay features and beautiful presentation. The game will be released later this year on the App Store and we will keep you updated on it as soon as possible.
