WoW: Dragonflight Heroic Item Level Requirement, Explained

World of Warcraft‘s latest expansion Dragonflight comes with eight new dungeons. And the best thing about it is that they’re all available at max level and for leveling.

While dungeons can be a great source of high-level gear, there might be some confusion regarding the requirements you need to meet to complete them. That is when this guide comes in handy. WoW: Dragonflight new dungeons

The list of new dungeons in WoW: Dragonflight includes:

• Ruby Life Pools
• Algeth’ar Academy
• Brackenhide Hollow
• Halls of Infusion
• Neltharus
• The Nokhud Offensive
• The Azure Vault
• Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr

All of these are available at Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulties. If you want to play on Heroic difficulty or higher up, you need to reach at least level 70. Normal mode is accessible at level 60.

Mythic+ Season One dungeons

Out of the eight new dungeons in Dragonflight, four are available in Mythic+ Season One, namely:

• Ruby Life Pools
• The Azure Vault
• Algeth’ar Academy
• The Nokhud Offensive

Besides these new dungeons, players also get to experience revamped versions of dungeons from past expansions, including:

• Court of Stars from Legion
• Halls of Valor from Legion

What is the WoW: Dragonflight Heroic dungeon item level requirement?

If you want to use the Dungeon Finder to queue up for Heroic dungeons in Dragonflight, you should be item level 342. However, if you have a pre-made group, you can join in at any time regardless of your item level.

What gear do Heroic dungeons drop in WoW: Dragonflight?

Heroic dungeons contain gear of item level 359. Having that in mind, even if you’re playing with a pre-made group, it is recommended to enter Heroic dungeons with an item level that is not much lower than 359.
