Other than the above mentioned locations, players can also purchase Mint from the floral merchant Chloris who resides in the Windrise part of Mondstadt. You can purchase 10 Mint for 150 Mora and they respawn every 3 days.
Mint can also be purchased from the Realm Depot for Realm Currency or they can be harvested with the Seed Dispensary which takes 3 days to grow and produce the Mint.
