You can find the last Fortnite Winterfest gift in Chapter 3 Season 1 by visiting the Crackshot’s Cabin and meeting Sgt. Winter inside to open a Winterfest gift. Crackshot’s Cabin is not a location or an area on the Fortnite island but rather a section on the Fortnite main hub.
You will find the Winterfest 2021 snowflake icon on the main Fortnite game screen and you can head over there to claim your free reward. However, as of writing this article, the developers have acknowledged an issue where several players even after opening all their presents are still witnessing one extra present left to open.
As per a recent tweet by Epic Games, they are working on the issue and players will soon be able to get the free Fortnite reward.
