The trademark for this game has only been filed recently, so there is no further information on it, outside the fact that the trademark can be used for both PC and console video games and mobile titles. Given we are very close to April’s Fools, this could be a simple joke from Behaviour Interactive, although we have seen weirder things coming out in the past, so who can say at this point?
As for when this Dead By Daylight dating sim may release, no one can say. As mentioned above, the trademark filing is very recent, so it’s likely the developer doesn’t know when the game will hit our gaming devices.
