The women of Hololive are back with a brand-new update in Holocure, and there’s more to look forward to than ever. If you are a fan of Cover Corporation’s beloved entertainers, this is definitely a game worth checking out. The general premise is that something has infected the fans of the idols and they must save them.
Choose your favorite to start with and unlock the other girls by playing. The head developer, Kay Yu and their team have been working hard behind the scenes on the game’s next update, set to launch on February 10th. From new characters to new features, there is lots to look forward to. This is what’s coming in the next version of Holocure.
Characters Available In Holocure

Originally the game began with the members of Hololive English. With each update, a new group is added to the game. This time around we are getting the first and second-generation members of Hololive Japan. If you were wondering where Fubuki was in the trailer, she is already in the game, as she was added as part of Hololive Gamers in the last update.
Features Added In Holocure
Tons of new achievements will be added in, including character specific ones. For example, you can earn coins if you finish a game with characters like Sora or Suisei. This is a good opportunity to try out characters you haven’t before and branch out from your usual play. In addition, there is a new system shown for upgrading weapons, as well as new collaboration items.
The game will be updating to match the current appearance of Irys, whose model recently underwent a redesign. Characters being added include Haachama, Matsuri, Choco, Mel, Subaru, Ayame, Shion, Aki Rosenthal, and Aqua.
A Layout Change
A trailer shows a restructure of the battle screen layout, with the character’s picture in the upper left-hand corner now zoomed in. In addition to that, the special skills bar is at the top of the screen above the HP bar. This new set up makes it a lot easier to keep an eye on your character’s levels.
New Items And Easter Eggs In Holocure
If the trailer’s song sounded familiar, it is because it is a mix from Halloween Night, a famous Hololive song that older fans might be familiar with. From the looks of things, the map will be a similar theme.
There will be plenty of new items to collect, with one of them looking very similar to Omaru Polka’s colors. The game is famous for making references to characters not in the game yet through its battle items, like Choco’s horns which were in the original. Polka is from Generation 5 of Hololive Japan, so expect to see her possibly a few updates down the road.
Holocure 0.5 drops on February 10th. You can download the Holocure game for free directly on the creator’s website, so give it a try today!
