Mario Kart Tour is back with another Team Tour update. The new Toad vs Toadette tour began on November 3rd, 2021, and ends November 17th. Team up with friends to collect tokens and race to become the victorious team! Much like the Peach vs Mario Tour back in July 2021, this team rally is all about grinding out the wins with your friends and teammates to win as many team points as possible. How Does the Team Rally Team-Up Work?
During this tour, there will be Coins Aplenty events as usual on Tuesdays and Saturdays, as well as the new Team Rally Team-Up. During Team Rally Team-Up, you choose to join either Toad or Toadette’s team of drivers and race to collect team tokens, which will then translate into team points. The team with the most points by the end of the event will be declared the winners and will receive up to 15,000 coins!

To qualify for collecting team tokens during the race, you must use a driver from your specified team (see below). Once you have joined a team, you will receive the team captain of your chosen team as a gift—either Toad or Toadette.
As you can see, there are more drivers in Toadette’s team—72 altogether—but will this give her an advantage over Toad, who only has 57? It certainly gives her team more of a choice of who they can use to race with. Remember to choose your team carefully—once you have made your choice, you cannot change your mind!
