Tip #1: Losing is Part of the Process

Early on in We are Warriors!, you are extremely weak. Your food generation is very slow, and your base can only take a single hit before it spontaneously combusts. This is completely normal, so don’t worry about losing so much as it’s a part of the process.

As you’re getting your bearings, just focus on taking down as many enemies as you can before your base inevitably explodes. Each enemy you down drops some coins, and you can use them for permanent upgrades, like increased base health, food generation, and so forth.

You’re going to lose a lot during the beginning of the game, but just remember, it’s all part of the process! Just keep upgrading with the coins you earn, and things will start to turn around.

Tip #2: Complete Daily Quests to Earn Cards

Every day, you’re given a set of five daily quests to complete. Each quest is worth 40 summon points (the green diamonds), so you can get up to 200 summon points a day. You can use the summon points to summon a random assortment of cards.

Cards grant you passive bonuses to your units, like increased damage, health, and more. The bonuses may not seem like much, but they make a lot of difference once you amass a few of them.

Make sure you’re completing as many of the daily quests as you can each day. One summon costs 100 summon points, and ten summons costs 950. If you can hold out, try to save up for ten summons, which saves you 50 summon points in the long run.

Whenever you perform a summon, you’ll earn summoning power, which is represented by the blue meter and number next to it at the bottom of the card screen. A higher summoning level gives you better chances for the rarer cards.

Tip #3: Unlock New Units and Evolve ASAP

We are Warriors! takes you across the annals of history as you wage war through different eras. The beginning era starts you in the Stone Age, and each era has its own unique set of units.

When you reach a new era, you start out with only the basic unit, which isn’t very strong. Save up enough coins to buy new units as soon as you can, as they are significantly better.

For example, in the first timeline, you start out with Caveman, a simple melee unit. Later on you can unlock Dinos, which are basically better Cavemen. Once you feel like you’ve gotten your food generation up to a decent amount, it’s time to start saving your coins for unit unlocks.

Eventually, you’ll have the opportunity to evolve into a new era. This grants you a whole new set of units, much stronger than your existing ones, at the cost of resetting your battle progress, base health, and food generation.

This is why that you should focus on unlocking new units and evolving, because you’re going to lose your other upgrades anyways. The only thing that persist between eras are your cards.

Tip #4: Revisit Earlier Battles to Farm Coins

Once your units are food generation is strong enough to win a battle, you’ll move onto the next battle. Usually, you’ll fight much stronger units since they’re be in the next timeline.

If you’re having a lot of trouble in the newest battle, don’t be afraid to replay an earlier battle. You can use the arrows at the top left and right corners of the screen to change what battle you want to play. You can use this opportunity to farm coins from easier opponents, since they’ll be in an earlier timeline.

We hope this guide helps you bring out your inner warrior and triumph over your enemies. If you have any other tips or questions for We are Warriors!, let us know in the comments below, and be sure to check out the rest of our game guides!
