Piggy will not stop running on his own, so you will need to be ready to dodge all the obstacles coming your way! Our Spicy Piggy cheats and tips will lend you some tricks on how to become a better runner.

Spicy Piggy starts off challenging, then it becomes pretty difficulty later on. Hang in there – this piggy needs you, so let’s get started with our Spicy Piggy cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide!

Master the slide!

First and foremost, if you want to become a true Spicy Piggy master, you will need to master the slide maneuver. The slide move is not just for getting through low spaces; sliding also grants you a speed boost, as indicated by the flame trail behind piggy as he is sliding.

In order to get better times, you will need to be sliding almost all the time. Some target times in the later levels practically require mastery of sliding, so start getting used to it!

Speed is not everything!

With that said, there will be moments where you should not be sliding. Not only does sliding increase your speed, but jumping while sliding will cause piggy to do a long jump, which sends him further than usual. In the levels with tight spots and heavy platforming, you will probably need to slow down in order to make the strict jumps.

No need to go for all stars in one run!

Each level has three stars to earn: one for completing the level, one for beating the target time, and one for getting all of the peppers in the level.

Trying to get all three on your first run through a level will be challenging to say the least, so we highly recommend just beating the level first without worrying about time or the peppers. Just get a feel for the level, and memorize as much as you can.

Then, when you are more familiar with the layout, you can come back and go for the other two stars. Remember that any stars you obtain are there permanently, so you can get the pepper and target time stars separately if you need to.

Use checkpoints for tough sections!

If piggy bites the dust, you will be able to respawn at the last checkpoint flag for 25 peppers. Paying the fee will make the checkpoint stay active for the rest of that run, meaning you can die again and respawn there for free.

Not only that, but your timer reverts to the time it was when you first reached the checkpoint, making this extremely useful if you are having trouble with a particular section of the level. Paying the fee does discount the peppers collected for the pepper star, by the way.

Shoot fire to collect peppers!

Not only do your spicy fire breath take down enemies, but you can also collect peppers with it as well! You will need to do with on some levels, as the peppers will be out of reach through normal means.

That’s all for Spicy Piggy! If you have any other tips or tricks to share, let us know in the comments below!
