Skallen is a game that tries to brings a fully fleshed our platforming experience to mobile. What we mean by this is that the game does not feature auto running or a virtual directional pad, and instead prefers to give full control to the players.

You can move the skeleton head left and right by tapping on the appropriate sections of your device. Tapping both sides at the same time will cause the skeleton head to jump. You will need this kind of precision if you hope to get through the game’s more challenging levels!

Skallen features a simple color scheme and minimalist pixel art, focusing more on the action and control. Even so, it is still a lot of fun to see a disembodied skeleton head roll around everywhere.

Skallen also features endless level thanks to its procedural generation. No two levels will ever be the same, so you never know what to expect.

Skallen is available now on the App Store. The first 20 levels are free to try out, and there are more to buy if you like the game.
