NEO: The World Ends With You: All Week 1, Day 7 Sub Quests

Despite being set in a relatively small world, NEO: The World Ends With You offers plenty of opportunities for players to go off the beaten path in search of optional content and side quests. While these quests are completely optional, completing them is a very good idea, as you can get a variety of rewards for clearing them and expand the Social Network to learn some very useful skills.

Here’s how to complete all of the side-quests found in Week 1, Day 7.

The Noisemeister Cometh

To start The Noisemeister Cometh side quest, you need to speak with the Reaper found near Hachiko’s Statue located to the left of the Scramble Crossing. Speak with the Reaper to fight against Noise, and defeat them to clear the side quest. These Noise aren’t particularly powerful, so if you have a strong grasp of the combat mechanics, you will likely have little trouble taking them down.

As reward for completing this quest, you will receive an Axion Pin and 5 Friendship Points. You will also unlock the Reaper node on the Social Network.

Overheated Fanboy

The Overheated Fanboy side quest can be started by scanning a man standing near Shepherd House in Center Street. The man, called Shuntaro Harime, is troubled by Noise, so use Nagi’s dive to get into his mind to defeat them. Before diving, make sure to fight at your maximum level, as the Dive Chain Reduction battles need to be completed in a certain amount of time.

Once the Noise have been defeated, Shuntaro Harima will be free of their influence, and the quest will be completed. As reward, you will unlock Shuntaro on the Social Network and receive a Tektite Pin and 5 Friendship Points.
