Minecraft: Pocket Edition, the mobile version of the successful game developed by Mojang now available on the App Store, is going to receive plenty of new features soon in a new update which will be released alongside the Windows 10 version of the game announced a few days ago. The team also confirmed that beta testing for this new Minecraft: Pocket Edition was going to beging sometime during July but, unfortunately, it seems like this won’t be the case.
Minecraft: Pocket Edition developed Tommaso Checchi has revealed on Twitter that the team originally thought to launch this beta on July 29th but it would have come with no Enchaning, Music and Controller support. The team is now aiming to launch this Minecraft: Pocket Edition beta sometime next month.
The latest Minecraft: Pocket Edition update has been released online last month. This update introduced the new character Alex, the ability to purchase skin packs and much more.
