Match Blocks with Cute Characters in Dot Blocks!

This article is over 6 years old and may contain outdated information

We know that there are plenty of match-3 puzzle games out on the mobile market right now, but why not open your heart to a new one? Dot Blocks! is a new match-3 puzzle game with its own little unique twist on the formula.

Players will face off with cute and cuddly characters, like a shy ninja, a pink piggy, or even a silly little pirate! When a match starts, you will see the all too familiar board littered with multicolored pieces. Your job is to match pieces of the same color together to pop them.

But how you do this is a little different than what we are used to! Instead of shifting pieces that are already on the board around, you will be presented with blocks already put together at the bottom of the screen. It is your job to figure out how these blocks fit and how you can make the most out of them.

Remember, you need to match three colors! It is not as easy as it sounds anymore because you also need the blocks to fit. Thus, Dot Blocks! ends up being part Tetris and part typical match-3 puzzle game. You will need to think outside of the box (literally!) to figure out some of these puzzles!

Dot Blocks! is now available on the iOS App Store, so get to blocky matching with some blocky and silly characters!
