Now, that very same game is coming to a mobile device near you! Disgaea 1 Complete is a faithful recreation of the first game in series that originally released back in 2002. The original stories, characters, and gameplay are here, with all-new features to boot.

For starters, the game’s user interface has completely been redone in order to be more mobile gaming friendly. The mobile version also features a new auto-battle function, which is very welcomed as Disgaea is a very grind-heavy game.

Disgaea 1 Complete is also sporting new visuals and touched up artwork. Players can now also adjust the speed of the battle, cranking it up to 8 times the normal speed, making battles fast as lightning! The Cheat Shop also returns, letting players adjust certain aspects of the game to make it easier or harder.

Disgaea 1 Complete tells the story of the Netherworld, a dark world located at the bottom of the ocean. It is a cursed land full of evil and it is home to powerful beings and creatures. King Krichevskoy, the ruler of the Netherworld, passes away while his son Laharl was lost in a deep slumber.

Finally waking up two years later, Laharl finds the Netherworld in disarray as multiple forces are plotting to take the throne. Laharl, with the help of some underlings, sets off to make things right and claim the throne as the next king!

Disgaea 1 Complete is available now on the App Store and Google Play Store for a whopping 32.99 USD for the full game, with no in-app purchases or advertisements.
