Is There a Granblue Fantasy Relink PC Demo? Answered

The latest instalment in the Granblue Fantasy franchise, Granblue Fantasy Relink, is an upcoming action role-playing game where players set off for a Legendary Island, marking the start of a journey with the iconic characters of the franchise who will be returning in the game. 

On January 11, Cygames, the developers behind Granblue Fantasy Relink, aired a showcase video highlighting different features of the game and giving us a first look at some of the UI, open-world activities and the content they have planned for the game after release. 

Right after the showcase, we got an official demo announcement for the PS5 and PS4 versions of Granblue Fantasy Relink, which is currently live at the time of writing. 

Seeing that and the fact that Granblue Fantasy Relink is also releasing on the PC platform, many players started looking for the PC demo on Steam. But even after a thorough search, it was not there, making players question whether there is a Granblue Fantasy Relink PC demo. 

Is There a Granblue Fantasy Relink PC Demo?

The short answer is no! Granblue Fantasy Relink has no PC demo, as developers Cygames have said, “no plans for a Steam version of the demo.” This may come as a surprise to some players as most of the time, games do receive a PC demo first and then one on the consoles. 

But that is not the case this time, as the PlayStation audience is the primary market that Cygames is focusing on. On that note, they sure have managed to seek the attention of many as the demo, which we have tried ourselves, is excellent. 

That being said, if you were waiting for Granblue Fantasy Relink, the only option is to either check out videos on the game, wait until the reviews start to roll in or try out the game yourself once it releases on February 1. If you like the game, you can keep it or get a Steam Refund, which is as easy as that.
