Unlocking All Items in Brotato

This list will include all the secret items that aren’t in the default item pool. To unlock an item, you need to complete a run using a specific character. We’ll list which characters you need to use, plus the item’s stats. Let’s get started!

The Potato is unlocked by winning a run with Well-Rounded. The Potato grants you +3 max HP, +1 HP regeneration and armor, +5 luck, +1% life steal, and finally +3% damage, speed, and dodge.

The Hunting Trophy is unlocked by winning a run with Crazy. The Hunting Trophy grants you a 33% chance to gain one material when finishing an enemy with a critical hit.

The Night Goggles is unlocked by winning a run with Ranger. The Night Goggles grants you +15% crit chance and +50 range, but you lose -3 max HP and -2 armor in exchange.

The Snail is unlocked by winning a run with Old. Enemy speed reduces by -5%, but you also lose -3% speed as well. Everyone gets slowed down!

The Lucky Charm is unlocked by winning a run with Lucky. As the name suggests, the Lucky Charm increases your luck by +30, but you lose -2 melee damage and -1 ranged damage.

The Octopus is unlocked by winning a run with Mutant. The Octopus grants you +12 max HP and +5% life steal, but you lose -8% crit chance.

Big Arms are unlocked by winning a run with Generalist. These beefy arms grant you +10 melee damage and +5 ranged damage, but you lose -2 armor and -5% speed.

Rip and Tear is unlocked by winning a run with Loud. Enemies will have a 10% chance to explode, dealing damage to nearby enemies that’s based on your melee damage stat. You lose -12 harvesting in exchange.

The Panda is unlocked by winning a run with Pacifist. This panda plushie grants you +12 max HP, +25 luck, but you lose -12% damage.

The Spider is unlocked by winning a run with Gladiator. You do +12% more damage, and you have +5% attack speed for every unique weapon in your possession. You lose -6% dodge and -8 harvesting.

The Padding is unlocked by winning a run with Saver. Your max hp is increase by 1 for every 80 materials you have. You lose -5% speed.

The Whetstone is unlocked by winning a run with Sick. You gain +4% life steal, but you lose -3 knockback.

Wheat is unlocked by winning a run with Farmer. You deal +4 more melee damage, +2 ranged damage, but lose -2 elemental damage. You also gain +10 harvesting.

The Ritual is unlocked by winning a run with Ghost. You gain +6% damage and +2% life steal, but you lose -2 engineering.

The Fin is unlocked by winning a run with Speedy. You gain +10% speed and +3% life steal, but lose -8 luck.

The Bowler Hat is unlocked by winning a run with Entrepreneur. You gain +15 luck, +18 harvesting, but lose -5% attack speed and -3% crit chance.

The Robot Arm is unlocked by winning a run with Engineer. You gain +6 armor and engineering, but you lose -3 HP regeneration and life steal.

The Compass is unlocked by winning a run with Explorer. You gain +5% speed, +3 engineering, but you lose -3% crit chance.

The Medikit is unlocked by winning a run with Doctor. You gain +8 HP regeneration, but lose -15 luck.

Focus is unlocked by winning a run with One-Armed. You deal a whopping +30% more damage, but you lose -3% attack speed for every weapon in your possession.

The Gnome is unlocked by winning a run with Bull. You deal +10 more melee damage and +5 elemental damage, but you lose -20 range and -20% pickup range.

Explosive Shells are unlocked by winning a run with Artificer. You deal +60% more explosion damage, but you lose -15% overall damage.
