Where to Find and How to Refill a Repair Torch

Repair Torches can be found as floor loot, usually in a Gas Station or at Chonkers Speedway, in Chests and Supply Drops, or in Red Toolboxes. Red Toolboxes are generally found at Gas Stations, or in a utility room in a building. They are large red boxes like this:

A repair Torch comes fully stocked with fuel and carries 200 units of fuel. It is a versatile item that can not only repair the bodies, windows, and tires of vehicles, but also damages opponents and structures, and set wooden structures on fire. The Repair Torch deals 8 damage to an opponent and can only be used at very close range, and really only for novelty value.

Once you have used it to repair a vehicle or damage an item or opponent, it will need refilling. This can be done at a Pump. To do this, approach the pump with your Repair Torch in hand and interact with the pump to fill the torch:
