How to Get Spice Ingredient in Genshin Impact

Spice is one of the new ingredients in Genshin Impact that got added with the version “The Morn a Thousand Roses Brings” update released on August 24, 2022. Players need Spice to cook some of the newest Sumeru food items like the Shawarma Wrap. This guide will share details on how to get Spice ingredients in Genshin Impact.

How to Get Spice Ingredient in Genshin Impact

You can get the Spice ingredient in Genshin Impact using two methods. The first option is to buy Spice from the NPC Lambad; you will find him at this Tavern.

Lambad’s Tavern is located near the Avidya Forest Waypoint in Sumeru City. Here is the exact location of the Tavern.

Once you are at Lambad’s Tavern, head inside, talk to Lambad, and exhaust his dialogues until you get the option to get all the items he is selling. After that, select and purchase Spice. You can buy ten Spice units and then wait 72 hours to repurchase them.

Alternatively, you can use the primary method of obtaining Spice in Genshin Impact by processing the Harra Fruit ingredient found all around the Sumeru region of Teyvat.

  • Go to a Cooking Station and interact with it to open the Cooking Menu 
  • Navigate to the Processing tab that has an icon of pair of chilies.

  • Granted you have Harra Fruit on you, click on Cook 
  • Select the amount of Spice you want to process

A single Spice takes 60 seconds to process. So, multiply the no. of Spice you put into processing x 60 seconds to get the exact time when the processing part will complete.
