TM070 teaches the move Sleep Talk. When used, Sleep Talk will make your Pokémon randomly use one of their other three moves. Sleep Talk will fail if your Pokémon isn’t asleep.

Before you can craft TM070 at the TM Machine, you’ll need to find it first. Head over to the desert city Cascarrafa, located between Area One and Three in the West Province. Once you’re there, walk over to the Spec Shack.

Don’t actually go inside the Spec Shack—instead, go around to the left of it, and you should see a yellow Poke Ball on the ground in front of a tree. Pick the Poke Ball up to acquire TM070 Sleep Talk!

TM070 is sitting right in front of the tree, you can’t miss it.
