If you are looking to get the Sailor Fist fighting style, you will first need to talk to mentor Caria. Caria can be found living on the outer area of Monoah Village on Shell Island. Speaking to Caria will trigger the Sailing and Shark Hunting Quest which, when completed, rewards the player with the Sailor Fist fighting style. The fighting style will only be given to players whose strength is at 100 or above.

Hunting sharks and sea monsters is pretty simple as it just entails attacking them until their HP depletes. The sharks spawn randomly so as long as you are swimming about in the sea they will appear. Dodge their attacks and fight them off as they appear. If you are bleeding the sharks will spawn quicker so you may want to let one shark bite you to inflict this status and draw more near.
There are many types of sharks and sea monsters to fight, so keep swimming through the sea until they appear. The easiest to fight are the regular sharks, tiger sharks, and great whites, while Megalodons and sea monsters are a bit tougher.
