In Blox Fruits, you can get Observation Haki, aka Instinct, for 750,000 Beli from the Lord of Destruction NPC found in Skylands, Upper Yard area, inside the temple near Thunder God.

But there are specific prerequisites that you must complete to obtain the Observation Haki from the said NPC. Else, you will get the following default reply:
“I am the strongest pirate to ever live, I will not have any weaklings among my crew. Come back when you’re stronger.”
To unlock Observation Haki, you must:
- Defeat the Level 200 Boss, Saber Expert, found in the Jungle Island area after you solve the Saber Expert Puzzle.
- Make sure you are at Level 300
- At last, make sure you have 750,000 or more Beli
Once you meet these requirements, head back to Lord of Destruction, and this time around, he will teach you Instinct, aka Observation Haki, in exchange for the 750,000 Beli.
