This Charizard knows the moves Heat Wave, Blast Burn, Hurricane, and Protect—an excellent moveset for competitive doubles play that capitalizes on Charizard’s potential as a Gigantamax Pokemon. It also has Charizard’s hidden ability, Solar Power, and comes holding a Life Orb.

Additionally, Leonardo’s Charizard comes in a special Cherish Ball and can be Gigantamaxed as soon as you get it, so you won’t have to worry about unlocking its G-Max form in Sword and Shield’s DLC. What’s more, this Charizard is level 100 from the moment that you receive it, so it will be ready to battle from the get-go.

Getting Leonardo’s Charizard Via Mystery Gift

Getting Leonardo Bonanomi’s Charizard is pretty simple. All you have to do is open the Mystery Gift interface in the game’s menu. From here, select that you will enter a code to receive a gift. Then, enter the following code:

GL0BALCHAMP2021

After that, the Charizard will either be placed in your party or sent to your storage in the event that your party is full. It’s that simple! Be aware, however, that this promotion only lasts until November 3rd, so get it while you can!
