How to Finish An Elegant Tale in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
To complete An Elegant Tail request, you have to find and catch Glameow.
You can find Glameow in the Cobalt Coastlands region, near the Crossing Slope or Veilstone Cape area.
Take the right path from the Camp found Northwest of Crossing Slope. You will find Glameow there. Make sure to sneak, or you will scare away the Glameow.

Once you have caught Glameow, return to Asabei to complete the An Elegant Tail request.
