How to Find Stools in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD

Stools in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD are rather unique, as they allow Link to restore his health. All you need to do is locate one, and press the A button to sit upon it. Interestingly enough, there are items inside dungeons that do not look like stools or chairs at all but can be used as one nonetheless, so make sure to check out any item that looks like something Link could sit upon to find an unexpected healing point.

Another interesting feature of the stools in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD is that they allow players to learn more about characters. If you sit on a stool, and there is a character nearby, sitting will activate unique dialogues with them. Take advantage of this to learn more about the world you are about to save!
