In Honkai Star Rail, equipping your characters with relics is a key way to boost their stats and overall capabilities. However, it’s worth noting that you won’t be able to farm relics right away.

To gain access to relic farming, you’ll need to progress through the “In the Sweltering Morning Sun” mission, where you’ll face off against the formidable Cocolia, the Supreme Guardian. Along the way, you’ll unlock the first relic domain known as the “Cavern of Corrosion: Path of Drifting.” Once you’ve gained access to this domain, you can head to the Interastral Guide to discover more relic domains, all listed under the Cavern of Corrosion section. With these relic domains at your disposal, you can begin farming relics to take your characters’ abilities to the next level.

Relic farming in Honkai Star Rail involves defeating monsters within the Cavern of Corrosion and spending 40 Trailblaze Power to obtain relics. However, obtaining a complete set of relics with desirable sub-stats will require multiple farming sessions. As such, it’s best to wait until you’ve reached a higher Trailblaze level before starting to farm relics. This will give you better odds of obtaining powerful 5-star relics.
