How to Do Exfil Tracking in Warzone 2 DMZ

If you're wondering what Exfil does in the game, well then here's how to do Exfil Tracking in Warzone 2 DMZ

Call of Duty Warzone 2 uses Exfil or Exfiltration tracking as recurrent terms in the game, and you’ll be required to use them at certain stages. Exfil tracking refers to combatants performing an extraction, which allows them to move from one point to another on the map and leave a match. So in this guide, we’ll be showing you how to do Exfil Tracking in Warzone 2 DMZ.

To do Exfil Tracking in COD Warzone 2 DMZ, simply open your map and find the icon with a blue stick figure pacing through a doorway.

These POI (points of interest) showcase an extraction point where players can call in a helicopter to fly them out of a match. However, summoning the helicopter and escaping is easier than the extraction process.

A YouTube video posted by MrDalekJD, a Call of Duty content creator, shows precisely how Exfil works in the game. Upon reaching the Exfil point and calling in the chopper, it will take around 2 minutes for the helicopter to arrive and fly you away.

However, you should have enough ammo and weapons equipped as enemy soldiers will attack you in an attempt to stop you from leaving the zone with your squad. And other than the AI soldiers, you’ll notice a green smoke kilometers away which will also attract hostile players to hinder your extraction.

After successfully defending your location, the chopper will arrive. After boarding, you’ll have to wait another 20-30 seconds before the chopper takes off. As you wait, you must defend it from enemies so it doesn’t get damaged in the gunfight.

Lastly, it’s worth adding that any loot or contraband items that you find will be lost if you fail to leave the zone alive or if you die in the middle of an extraction. So try your best to defend yourself and the chopper from enemies and for as long as you can.
