While you have full control over how your main character looks in the game, you really don’t have many options at your disposal to change how your companions look, as the only thing you can do to alter their appearance is change their outfits.

How to Change Companions’ Outfits in Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin

Changing companion outfits is as easy as changing the appearance of your main character. All you need to do is enter your house, interact with the Chest and pick the Ena or Navirou’s Outfit option. Once inside the next menu, all you have to do is pick the outfit.

How to Obtain New Outfits

New outfits for both Ena and Navirous are obtained via story progression. Some outfits, however, have to be bought by Melynx Inc. with bottle caps. If you’re willing to spend some real money, there are also plenty of DLC outfits for you to get, with more getting added to the selection fairly often.
