BitLife: How to Become President | Tips and Cheats

Welcome back BitLifers! We are back again with another guide on BitLife, the game where anyone can be anything they want to be! Today we are back to show you how to become the president in your BitLife world.

Whether you want to save lives as a doctor, become a private eye, or even rob a bank and become a famous criminal, BitLife lets you do whatever you want. Today Touch Tap Play will explain the process of becoming the president, in spirit of the 2020 election. Let’s get started with our BitLife guide on how to become president!

You Need to be a Bitizen to Become President

Before you even attempt to start your political career, you need to own a Bitizen membership. Without a Bitizen membership, the option to run for president will remain locked.

Bitizen membership is BitLife’s premium membership. To become a Bitizen you must pay a one-time fee of 4.99 USD. Being a Bitizen unlocks a number of things including:

• Remove Ads
• Unlimited generations
• Customize full apperance
• Teacher interactions
• Pet store and breeders
• Exotic pets
• Boss Interactions
• President unlock
• Dark mode
• Hitmen assassinations
• Prison gangs

If you are willing to pay the small fee, then select any option in the activities/occupation list that has the Bitizen stamp on it. Tap on it to start the payment process and voila – you are now a Bitizen.

Starting out Wealthy

The main factor to becoming president in BitLife is being born into a rich family. You can do this in a number of ways. One way is to just get lucky and be born into royalty – you can reset your life over and over until you get it.

The other way is just to continue your generations and passing down your money throughout multiple lives. Eventually you will rack up a ton of money.

Once you secure a lot of money, you just have to behave and grow up as a well-adjusted adult. Avoid drugs, stay away from crime, do well in school, and work hard.

Study Political Science

Do well during your early years and make sure to graduate high school on time. When it comes time to apply for university, make sure that you choose Political Science as your major.

If Political Science doesn’t show up on the list of majors, back out and try again later. In the mean time, work on raising your smarts as that will allow you to pick a wider field of majors.

It goes without saying but make sure to keep your grades up and don’t skip any classes. Be sure to take care of yourself either – you need to be an attractive and knowledgeable person on top of your riches.

Move onto Higher Education

Once you finished your undergrad, it is time to move onto higher education. You can take two roads here: either go to graduate school or law school. Either one will do for making it to president, but some people have reported law school giving you a slightly higher chance.

If you are shooting for law school, make sure you study a lot – you need to have very high smarts in order to get in. Read some books or hit the library during your free time!

Work your Way up the Political Chain

With your graduate degree in hand, it is time to start your career. The first thing you will want to do is go to Occupation, then go to Political Offices. You can start your career by running for the local School Board Director.

Make sure to invest a decent amount of money into your campaign and be sure to respect your opponent, though don’t hesitate to resort to extortion if their ethics are low. All is fair in political wars, no?

Run your campaign for at least a year, then the game will ask you if you want to run for another year or resign. You can resign safely at this point, or you can keep going if you want, just make sure to keep an eye on your age.

The next step is to become the mayor of your city. The process of becoming mayor is the same as the school board director, but the stakes are even higher – you will need to invest even more money and you will have to really sway the people.

But, these are just stepping stones to your ultimate goal. Once you run a term as mayor, on the next year you can try for the position: governor! Running for governor will require lots and lots of money, so make sure you have saved up before you attempt this.

The costs of running for governor are very high, so losing the election can really hurt. Make sure that you do whatever it takes to get elected, as you may not even have enough money to try for a second time!

As the governor, run the city well and make sure to maintain the favor of the people – this will help you out in your conquest to become president.

Become the President

Now that you have the political experience in all three areas, you are now ready to run for president. Running for president runs exactly how the other political offices did, so you already know the drill.

You will need to supply a lot of cash for your campaign, and you’ll need to win over the people. Be sure to treat your opponent fairly, but be assertive. With any luck, you will become the next president!

Remember that like many things in BitLife (and in real life!), random things can go wrong. You can play all of your cards right but you’ll still be denied presidency, which is unfortunately very common.

Try to stay the course as soon as you are born to increase your chances of becoming president. Even if you don’t make it the first time around, you can try again in four years if you started early enough. Don’t give up – eventually you will be president!
