Fans of horror games who have also been playing on consoles and PC for some time will surely know about the Clock Tower series, one of the longest running horror series created by Hifumi Kono. Now a new horror game directed by Kono san is currently in development for iOS.
Unfortunately we don’t know much about NightCry, the name of the new game, at the moment but the team has recently released a live action teaser trailer that seems to represent the game’s tone. The trailer has been directed by filmaker Takashi Shimuzu, director of Ju-on: The Grudge, who is also going to work on the game as creative producer.
NightCry is going to be set on a luxury cruise-line where passenger are being killed one by one. It will be up to player to solve this mystery and save as many passengers as possible. How players will actually be able to do so has yet to be revealed.
NightCry will be released on a yet to be confirmed release date on the App Store. We will keep you updated on this nice horror game as soon as more comes in on it so stay tuned for all the latest news.
