You know the drill – air drop onto an island, scavenge for weapons, avoid the enclosing danger zone, and take out the other players! Our Hopeless Land cheats and tips will show you how to survive in this hostile world!

Hopeless Land is very similar to other battle royale games on mobile, so if you are familiar you will know what to expect here. Let’s get started with our Hopeless Land cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide!

Keep an eye on the compass!

Your compass at the top of the screen is not only useful for keeping track of your cardinal directions, but also of your surroundings. When things start to happen around you, make sure to glance over at the compass every now and then.

If you hear gunfire around you, your compass will alert you with an icon in the direction of the gunfire. It will also alert you to footsteps as well, just in case anyone might be trying to sneak up on you.

Find the essentials!

Backpacks are the most important item to find first, as they will allow you to carry many more items. This should be your first priority! Higher level backpacks will allow you to carry more.

Once you have a backpack, you can start looking for other essential items, like armor and helmets. Armor reduces the amount of damage you take from body shots, while helmets will protect you from taking critical damage from head shots.

Have medical supplies at all times!

You should always carry med kits and bandages with you at all times. Bandages are quick, but they only heal for a little bit, while med kits can fully heal you if you have the time to use them.

Additionally, energy drinks and painkillers also help. These two items, when used, will fill up the bar above your health bar. This bar will slowly deplete by itself over time, but you will regenerate health as long as there is something in the bar.

If you have energy drinks and painkillers, it may be helpful to use them before an expected fire fight breaks out.

Fill out your weapon slots!

You have four weapon slots, and ideally you want to fill them all out before you start engaging in fire fights. You have two primary weapons slots, a secondary weapon slot, and a melee weapon slot.

Primary weapons include rifles, machine guns, shotguns, sniper rifles, and so forth. It is a good idea to have a long range and short range weapon so you have the flexibility on the battlefield.

Pistols are the only kind of secondary weapon you can find, and they are great in a pinch. If you run out of ammo for both of your primary weapons during a shoot out, switch to your pistol instead of reloading your primaries for quicker action.

And do not underestimate melee weapons! These things deal incredible damage if you can manage to get close enough to your target, so if you have the chance go for a melee hit!

That’s all for Hopeless Land! If you have any other tips or tricks to share, let us know in the comments below!
