It’s been a good year for all Grand Theft Auto fans. The latest entry of the series has been released two months ago on consoles but Grand Theft Auto V will not be the only Grand Theft Auto game to get released before the end of the year.
Rockstar Games has just announced that Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is going to be released on iOS devices next month.
Encompassing Los Santos, San Fierro, Las Venturas and everything in between, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas has been upgraded for its mobile release. Newly remastered graphics including dynamic and detailed shadows, greater draw distance, an enriched colour palette, plus enhanced character and car models make this the best-looking version of San Andreas yet.
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas also features brand new touch controls including contextual control options to display buttons only when you need them and three different control schemes for driving and manoeuvring, as well as a reworked checkpoint system for easier progression.
San Andreas release on mobile devices is hardly surprising, considering that other recent Grand Theft Auto games have been ported on iOS not too long ago. Still, it will be impressive to see a game as big as Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas run on mobile devices.
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas will launch on the App Store sometime during December. We’ll keep you updated as soon as a precise release date is revealed.
