Tiramisu, lobster, spaghetti – you name it, Food Fantasy has a hero based on it. This imaginative game caught our attention quickly and we hope it does the same for you. With that said, let’s get started with our Food Fantasy cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide!

Balance your fighting and managing!

You never want to go too long without checking on your restaurant or hold off on playing through the story battles – they key is all about balance! Before you head off into the wilderness to take on some fallen angels, stop by your restaurant to see if your staff has dishes to serve. Queue some up if you don’t, and even if you do top off your reserves!

That way, as you are battling through the story levels, your restaurant will continue to do business and you will be constantly generating gold to spend. Remember that if your restaurant runs out of prepped dishes, all progress will come to a screeching halt!

Build a balanced fighting team of Food Souls!

Food Souls are classifying as one of the four battle classes. Attackers (dual swords icon) are quick melee fighters that have high attack power and attack speed. Mages (star icon) are ranged attackers that fling devastating spells with high critical rate and damage.

Defenders (shield icon) usually have low attack and critical rate/damage, but they make up for it with high HP and defense, making them well suited for frontline combat, protecting the rest of your team. Supports (cross icon) focus on healing and buffing, keeping your team healthy through the heat of battle.

Each class is vital to your success in battle, and since there are five slots for food souls, you have all the space you need to create a balanced team!

Put ingredients in wisely!

Are you always failing at developing new dishes? The trick is to cross reference between your recipe book and the ingredients list. The recipe book will show you all of the basic dishes for whichever starting cuisine you picked, and you can get a general clue of what you need to learn new dishes.

With that info, take a peek at the ingredient list. Here you can see every ingredient in the game, and it will even show you where you can get said ingredients. Now, the fun part is putting all of this together and guessing which ingredients go together. For example, Strawberry Ice Cream would have Milk + Cream + Strawberry!

Additionally, as you progress through the main story completing the missions as you go, occasionally you will be rewarded with a cookbook that will teach you a new dish automatically, so you don’t have to do any guesswork.

Check the events and daily signs in!

In addition to the daily sign in bonus, be sure to take a look at the ongoing events. Some events, like the 15 days of sign-in and Food Feast event, offer precious diamonds (the premium currency) and Soul Embers as rewards. Soul Embers are required for summoning new food souls, so you will want to accumulate a lot of that real quick.

Hunt down food soul shards!

As you are leveling your food souls’ skills and stats, at some point you will eventually hit max level. At this point you can Ascend your food soul, but you need the required amount of shards before you can do so. If you summon a food soul you already have, you will get shards for them instead.

Other than that, you will need to manually look for shards in the story levels. Do note that almost all food soul shards can only drop in the hard mode version of the levels, so be prepared for a fight before you start hunting.

That’s all for Food Fantasy! If you have any other tips or tricks to share, let us know in the comments below!
