A new Fire Emblem Heroes update has been released today on both iOS and Android, introducing some new features as well as fixes and several tweaks.
The biggest addition of the Fire Emblem Heroes 3.1.0 update is Beast units, who all come with a new weapon type that allows them to transform. Select characters who should belong to the new category, however, still works as human types, so the changes don’t seem to be retroactive.
The new update also introduces changes for the Legendary and Mythic Effects as well as for Aether Raids, which have all been expanded so to let Legendary and Mythic Heroes be more active.
The new update also introduces Azura: Young Songstress and Gharnef: Dark Pontifex as heroes that can be summoned with Heroic Grails.
The last major change introduced in the update is a fix for iPad Pro, which finally allows the game to be displayed in full screen.
Fire Emblem Heroes is now available on the App Store and Google Play Store in all regions.
