To fix the Sorceress Sellen questline not progressing bug, players have to progress Ranni’s questline till they reach the Eternal City of Nokron.
Once players are at the mentioned part of the game, they can go back to the Waypoint Ruin Cellar and interact with Sellen, and she will ask you a favor.
That’s it, accept her favor, find her original body, take the core Glintstone and replace it in the new body found at Ranni’s Rise.
In case you still don’t get the Sorceress Sellen quest progressing—just keep progressing Ranni’s quest and the game. Avoid Witch Hunter Jerren; if you interact with him, he will go and kill Sellen.
