You are the King, the darkest of terrors and the ultimate Dark Dot! It is time to wage war against the elements of the world, for there can be only one element: total darkness! This is Dark Dot!

Dark Dot is a formation based action shoot ’em up game. That is quite the mouthful, but it is basically a vertically scrolling shooter that lets you draw your own ship formations using simple swipe motions!

You command a fleet of small little creatures known as Darklets. Your Darklets will move in formation depending on what you draw, whether it be a square, a circle, a cat, or even a dinosaur!

Part of the fun is changing your formation on the fly to fit the situation: do you want to focus fire by having all of your Darklets in one spot, or do you want to spread them out to cover as much ground as possible?

Each Darklet has its own unique set of powers and abilities, and they even have elemental affinities that affect their shots. Air Darklets shoot homing projectiles, Fire Darklets shoot short ranged flames, and so forth. With nine elements to choose from, the possibilities are endless!

Dark Dot is available now on the App Store and Google Play Store as a free download.
