Nickelodeon’s new fighting game from developers Ludosity is due for release in the Fall of 2021. The game will feature many of our favourite Nickelodeon stars, with Patrick Starr, Nigel Thornberry, and Powdered Toast Man among the 13 confirmed so far.
The game will be available to play online and offline, and on multiple platforms: Playstation 4 and Playstation 5, XBox One and XBox X | S, and the Nintendo Switch. It looks as though players will be able to play with family in local games, and with others in online multiplayer games.
And what about crossplay? Many players are hoping they can join friends from other platforms in this amazing new fighting game from Luminosity and Fair Play Labs…
There is no official word as to whether there will be crossplay yet, but gamers are quietly optimistic. The fact that the game is already officially due for release across so many platforms, including last-gen consoles, gives players reason to get excited. The promise of online multiplayer adds to the hope there may be a chance of cross-play.
The Nickelodeon All Star Brawl trailer promises “many more surprises,” so we shall all cross our fingers in hopes players across all platforms will be able to brawl together.
