Becoming Santa is actually kind of straightforward. Make sure you begin your life as a male, as the Santa mall job is only available to male characters. Unfortunately, Ms. Claus doesn’t get any spotlight this time around, though we hope that changes in a future update!
You’ll also want to be up there in years. The Mall Santa job is a part-time job that shows up randomly, but it has a much higher chance of appearing when you’re older. You may also get turned down from the job if you’re too young, so your first order of business is to start getting older. The community have been saying that 60-65 is the minimum age to be considered for a Mall Santa.

Becoming the Ultimate Mall Santa
As we mentioned, the Mall Santa position is a part-time job that pops up randomly. Keep checking the listing every year to see if it’s there, and if you’re rejected simply wait a few more years.
